Prayers neededPrayers needed
Someone has said if Christians really understood the full extent of the power we have
available through prayer,we might be speechless. Did you know that during WWII there
was an adviser to Churchill who organized a group of people who dropped what they were
doing every day at a prescribed hour for one minute to collectively pray for the safety
of England, its people and peace?
There is now a group of people organizing the same thing here in America .
If you would like to participate: Every evening at 9:00 pm Eastern Time (8:00 PM Central)
(7:00 PM Mountain) (6:00 PM Pacific), stop whatever you are doing and spend one minute
praying for the safety of the United States, our troops, our citizens, and for a return
to a Godly nation.
If you know anyone else who would like to participate, please pass this along.
Our prayers are the most powerful asset we have.
PLEASE FORWARD TO YOUR BELIEVING FRIENDS!

The guide for Christian living is the BIBLE (Basic Instructions Before Leaving the Earth). The Bible is God inspired - God's breath. Living by the Bible and Jesus' example is therefore living as God wants you to. No other way needed. If you are searching for a spiritual home or are looking more deeply into what your home church represents, remember: if the Church is not following according to God's way, then it is following man's
Worship usually refers to specific acts of religious praise, honour, or devotion, typically directed to a supernatural being such as a god. It is the informal term in English for what sociologists of religion call cultus, the body of practices and traditions that correspond to theology.
Religious worship may be performed individually, in informally organized groups, or as part of an organized service with a designated leader. In its older sense in the English language of worthiness or respect (Anglo-Saxon worthscripe), worship may sometimes refer to actions directed at members of higher social classes (such as lords or monarchs).
Worship as a Christian is also defined as how you live your life, since worship is honor to a supernatural being and the Bible talks about always honoring God. If you live your life honoring God then you are worshiping.
There is several advantages to prayer. You have the freedom of stating your prayer without having someone automatically giving you their opinion. You can let loose and get it off your chest. God is a good listener. Of course, if you are going to pray, you have to believe that there is someone or something listening. Silent or verbal prayer God hears.
Another year has passed and another National Day of Prayer. It almost wasn't, all because of a law suit by atheists. They do not believe in a God to pray to. If this country believes in diversity, than why are we being told that we can't pray collectively? As a preacher said, at the NDP gathering that I attended, America has a national religion called diversity. Apparently diversity is not diverse. I once heard a statement to the affect " Believing in everything in general is the same thing as believing in nothing in particular." As for me and my house, we shall serve the Lord. Come to expect more persecution for your beliefs. It is so written. Prayer is God's connectivity with us. Even if the government says that we can not have an NDP, we as American have the right to an assembly. IT IS CONSTITUTIONAL!
